Yeah, Starbucks is really not where it’s at for coffee any more. It represented something at a time there were no options, but now in most places there are respectable coffee houses serving better coffee for less.

Pretty standard in European coffee culture to serve the likes of espresso with sparkling water. If nothing else, it cleanses the palette to highlight the flavours of coffee!
