I think the culture around Figma can be disillusioning - designers see it as a tool for everything and end up evangelising it to unsuspecting non-users who are not used to artboard tools nor have the time to wait around for heavy files to load up and negotiate around.

Similar in ways to portfolio sites that try to wow with advanced interaction/code but end up obfuscating what is important - you and your work!
